What is Happening ?

The reception on Thursday (5-25-2011) will be standard with finger foods and a cash bar.

  
Our memorial service Friday
(5-26-2011) will be followed by a brunch and the business meeting at 1pm.		  
Thurs, Friday and Saturday, in the hospitality room, we are planning on having a bingo night, a sing along night and an evening of entertainment by a professional group. These are still in the planning stage and may change.
  
                             (No were not singing with Mitch)

We have a bus tour on Saturday, May 28th to the Commemorative Air Force Museum followed by lunch at Rancho de Tia Rosa’s in Mesa  

 

Heard Museum

 On Sunday we are trying to set up a trip using the new light rail service to the Heard Museum that has the finest collection of American history in the country. At present we are trying to get the rail system to sell us the tickets ahead so you would not have to stand in line.

In the evening we are having our banquet.


On Monday we will have our usual farewell breakfast still in the planning stage.
